Booking Fees
A non-refundable booking fee of £20 may be required for new clients and during busy periods. This is to secure any future appointments and will be deducted from any services received.
Are you unable to make your appointment?
I politely request that a minimum of 48 hours notice of cancellation is given before your appointment time is due. Failure to give the required notice will result in a cancellation fee of £20 being charged before future appointments can be rescheduled. Additionally, a non-refundable booking fee of £20 will be required to secure any future appointment (this will be deducted from any services received). Failure to give notice on more than one occasion will lead to all future appointments being cancelled. Thank you for your understanding.
Oh no, I’m running late….
Please remember when booking your appointment that you are securing a time slot for a service to be carried out. Whilst I guarantee to provide you with a time slot, I am unable to carry your time over into any time that another a client has reserved. I do work from home, but any late appointments could affect subsequent clients. If more than 15mins late, I may not be able to carry out any service and the appointment will be classed as a missed appointment with cancellation fees applied.
Age Restrictions
Clients are required to be over the age of 16 years due to the requirements of the product manufacturers and for insurance purposes.
Repairs for chips and lost nails.
Please ensure that you are following your aftercare advice. I guarantee my work for the first 48 hours. After that, repairs are chargeable.
Salon Policy
- Clients must complete and submit the health screening declaration BEFORE each appointment.
- If you have experienced, or if you have been in contact with anyone who has experienced COVID-19 symptoms within 5 days prior to your appointment, please reschedule your appointment.
- Clients MUST be free of any treansmissable infection before attending their appointment.
- Clients may be required to wear a mask for the duration of the appointment.
- Clients will be required to wash your hands in the designated facilities on arrival.
- Eating and drinking is not permitted in the salon.
- I accept cash, PayPal or bank transfer payments (to be made at the end of your appointment).
- I reserve the right to cancel appointments or services with immediate effect and without notice if there is failure to observe my safety procedures. Charges may be applied.
- By accepting your appointment, you confirm that you have read and agree to my policies and that you will follow them in the salon.
- My risk assessment is available and should you wish to see a copy, please ask.
